About Us
“People have turned deserts into Great Nations on far less wealth than what we’re sitting on.”

The Land Man
Matt Steinhour.
Matt Steinhour didn't come into real estate through a plan. He came in through work.
At 22, he was a carpenter renovating an old barn for a local agent. One conversation changed direction.
That first weekend, he sold two blocks of land.
It wasn't the commission that mattered. It was the clarity of the process.
He stayed.
Over time, he built a small office from the ground up — one of the top-performing country offices in New South Wales.
Then he sold it. Stepped away. Tried to stop. Didn't last.
Queensland started as a visit. A weekend trip turned into a property purchase, then a move within weeks.
The defining shift came in 2008 — the GFC.
A business sold. Significant financial loss.
Years of work, gone. Like so many.
A complete reset in thinking.
No office. No staff. Just determination.
He went west.
Driving into regional Queensland, looking at land most people ignored.
What he saw wasn't speculation. It was arithmetic.
Land price. Build cost. Rental return.
The margins were there — not in theory, but in plain sight.
So he sold it. Block by block. Project by project.
That became the model.
Today he still works the same way. No office. In the field — on sites, in cars, in conversations with developers and buyers.
Involved before projects are shaped, not after they're marketed.
The decision isn't emotional. It's practical.
People leaving congested markets, trading density for space and time.
He works with what's in front of him.
Land. Numbers. Movement.
“A working operator in property — focused on identifying opportunity, shaping it early, and moving people through it.”

The Voice
Pony.
Linda 'Pony' Clements — 20+ years in real estate.
She began as the voice behind one of Sydney's leading prestige brands, working alongside the city's top agents.
Frontline. First point of contact. Where tone, clarity and trust mattered.
She went on to help build PlatinumHD and Propvid — one of the country's first online real estate video marketing agencies.
Linda moved into production and operations, overseeing thousands of projects — from one-bedroom apartments to $25 million architectural homes.
Including ARIA's Upper House in South Brisbane, a $110 million project filmed from the ground up.
Producing content across 17 offices: London, Los Angeles, Sydney, Perth, the Gold Coast.
At its peak, PlatinumHD became the world's leading real estate video marketing business.
Today, Linda operates across three disciplines.
Client interaction and service tone.
Real estate marketing and campaign production.
AI-driven communication systems and automation.
This combination is rare.
“It positions her as a core operational voice — shaping how the business communicates, responds, and delivers at scale.”

IronBark Station · Wayne Seymour
A Man Who Thinks at Station Scale.
Wayne Seymour doesn't think small. Doesn't small talk.
If he wants to go somewhere, he builds a road.
When we speak of Station, we're speaking of land where the horizon dissolves — where earth and sky share the same breath.
A place vast enough to hold history and hope in the same frame.
This is the land written into the DNA of Australians — those who were here first and those who came later — joined not by origin but by endurance.
Tolerance. Strength. Spirit. Resilience.
Like the ironbark tree itself — a trunk of fireproof timber wrapped in bark thick enough to survive a bushfire.
You don't use the word Station lightly.
It's not real-estate language.
It's a word carried by those who build for generations, not quarters.
“Wayne Seymour thinks at that scale.”

The Digital
Brett Clements.
Brett Clements returned to Australia in 2000.
Off the back of a Hollywood stint shooting beer ads and an underwater adventure series.
And before that, hugely successful tourism campaigns for Australia, Thailand and New Zealand.
He brought online video marketing to real estate — creating an industry through Propvid and PlatinumHD.
Clements has filmed many of SE Queensland's most lux estates.
He's applying that thinking to ipqld.land.
How We Work
Humans create. AI builds.
Created, designed, written and produced by ipqld.land's human production unit. We use AI to build and maintain web site code and for deep research. We use people to write, shoot, direct and edit.
AI is used to check grammar and tenses as an intelligence entity.
